guarantee on the Frame for up to 10 years from date of sale. Excluded from this are the e-bikes for the usage categories “XC, Trail” and “AM, Enduro”.
For the models in this usage category, you will receive a 5-year guarantee from the date of sale after successful
Product registration. E-bikes for commercial use are completely excluded. Further information can be found in our guarantee and service guidelines.
