Step-through frame
The step-through frames have no top tube, which makes getting on and off the bike much easier. The reinforced down tube provides the necessary stability. This frame shape is often considered the most comfortable choice and is ideal for everyday city rides where frequent stopping and starting is required.

Our city e-bikes are specially designed for riding in cities, where it is mostly flat and the roads are well developed. All city e-bikes therefore have a 5-speed gearbox. Trekking e-bikes, on the other hand, are designed for riding uphill and downhill, sometimes over bumpy paths. They have, among other things, a derailleur gear system with more gears to get up hills without any problems.
The GRANDAMO has an permissible total weight of 170 kg, while the permissible total weight of the AMO is 150 kg. The down tube of the GRANDAMO models is additionally reinforced. It is suitable for tall or heavy people or for heavy loads such as a child trailer.
We recommend a child trailer or goods trailer with an axle for our e-bikes. They can be easily attached to the frame. However, please note the permissible total weight. This refers to all loads that are transported on the bike. Our GRANDAMO is approved for up to 170 kg including trailer and people.
